You don’t need equipment to get started. Derek will make the most of what you have at home if you don’t train at a gym.

You only need a Basic (Free) account on TrainingPeaks to train with Derek. He will upgrade your account to a “Coach Paid Premium” so you have access to every feature for the duration of work together (including TP Virtual).

Add Derek as a “shared coach” on your TrainingPeaks to add your strength, mobility, and activation sessions. He will connect with your coach directly to ensure communication and roles are clear.

TrainingPeaks allows you to sync your ride and health tracking data from 3rd party apps like Garmin Connect, TrainerRoad, Strava, and More. All your information in one place!
